Elizabeth created PranaPlay yoga mats on her living room floor turning recycled yoga mats into magical creations that have transformed her kids yoga classes and lesson plans and have ignited the inner world of our littlest generation of yogis!
Elizabeth is RYT-200 certified through the New School of Yogic Arts. She teaches kids yoga in the Boston area, as well as pre-natal and adult yoga, and yoga for those with disabilities.
She is the author/co-author of eight books for and about children, and a contributing author of two parenting books. She has a BA in English and an MS in Broadcast Journalism, created a children’s sports and news program, and was a money reporter for a Boston children’s radio program.
